No. We use manual lock manipulation and decoding tools, so no drilling, no forced doors and no broken glass. If a vehicle genuinely cannot be opened non-destructively we tell you before we start.
How fast can you get to me if I am locked out?
Lockouts are treated as emergencies and get the nearest van. Typical arrival is 20 to 40 minutes, and the door itself is usually open within minutes of us being there.
Do I need proof the car is mine?
Yes. We ask for ID plus something linking you to the vehicle, V5, insurance, finance paperwork or the app for the car. It protects you as much as us.
